ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise specified.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & COST

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, your locations and speed of delivery you have chosen. We offer complimentary ground shipping on all domestic orders over $150. 

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping methods & delivery date estimates are just an approximation and do not guarantee a delivery date. Once the package is picked up by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays due to unanticipated complications with the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, bad weather, natural causes or any contributing factor that is out of our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You will be able to use this to track your package directly on the shipping carrier's website.

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATION

We want to get your package to you as soon as possible, therefore, we are unable to price adjust, change, add or cancel any orders once it has been processed on shopjemgarden.com
